"A smooth stay with our pup"
We had a really easy trip with our dog. I appreciated that the pet rules were laid out clearly before we booked, so there weren’t any surprise fees or confusion later. Our dog seemed to have a great time too. I’d definitely consider staying here again if you’re traveling with a pet.

"I was happy with how easy this..."
I was happy with how easy this made my trip. All the little things I needed were already there, from kitchen basics to camp chairs, so I didn’t have to stress about packing extra stuff. It made the whole experience way more relaxed for me

"Worked for the trip, but I’d look closer next time"
We used Outdoorsy to find a camper for our family trip that could sleep 5, and overall it got the job done. The kids liked having their own bunks, and the bed in the back was decent enough. The table bed was tighter than I expected though, and I kept noticing the little layout issues more than I thought I would. It was fine for one night, but I wouldn’t want to rely on that spot for a longer trip. Booking was simple, and the owner walked us through everything well. I’d probably use Outdoorsy again, but next time I’ll be a lot more careful about checking the floor plan before booking.

"So far, payouts are the main thing I notice"
I haven’t dug into every little feature, but I do keep an eye on whether the payout shows up when it’s supposed to. So far, it’s been on time every time and I haven’t had any issues.

"I put my camper up on Outdoorsy..."
I put my camper up on Outdoorsy wow. I figured it might take a while for anyone to notice it, but messages started coming in quickly. Nice. The listing seemed to show up well, and I ended up getting a few solid bookings faster than I thought I would. Managing everything has been simple too. Overall, it’s been a good experience so far as an owner.

"Decent selection, but I still had to dig around"
They did have a good number of vans available, which was a relief because I was expecting half of them to be unavailable like usual. Booking was easy too, thankfully, but I still feel like these things always take more time than they should.

"Refund rules were confusing"
Had to cancel my booking, and the weird part is the refund rules weren’t really clear at first. Support did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, just kind of frustrating in the moment.

"Good choice for a family weekend, I think"
We rented a camper through Outdoorsy for a weekend trip with our two kids, and it went well. The listing was easy enough to understand, and the owner got back to me quickly when I asked about the seat belts and where everyone would sleep, which made me feel better as a parent.
The camper was clean and it felt safe for the kids, which was really the main thing for us. Pickup took a little longer than I expected, so I’m giving it 4 stars, but overall it worked well for our family and I’d say that’s a fair rating.

"I had a solid experience with Outdoorsy..."
I had a solid experience with Outdoorsy. The renter stayed in touch, followed the rules, and brought my van back clean with no strange damage or surprises. I was a little nervous at first, since it’s my own vehicle and all... but everything went smoothly. It felt like they take renter responsibility seriously, which makes a big difference

"Easy drive. No stress."
Rented it through Outdoorsy. way easier to drive than I expected. Turns were simple. Parking wasn’t a big deal. Got comfortable with it quick.

"Smooth pickup, responsive host"
The host was super easy to message and got back to me really fast. Pickup was smooth with no waiting around or confusion, which I appreciated. I did feel a little pressured to get everything wrapped up quickly, but everything was explained clearly and it still ended up being a really simple rental. I’d use Outdoorsy again.

"I was a little nervous at first..."
I was a little nervous at first because I really didn’t want to end up with a camper my truck couldn’t handle. outdoorsy made it easy to narrow things down, and the filters were actually helpful. The owner even double checked my hitch setup, which made me feel a lot better. Pickup was smooth, no weird surprises or last-minute issues. I’d definitely use it again

I found a camper really close to home, which was such a relief. Pickup was quick, and we didn’t have to deal with some long drive before the trip even started. It just made everything feel way less stressful, like… one less thing to worry about.

It drove fine. No issues there. But the inside had this weird smell when I got in, and the floors looked like they needed a better cleaning. Not terrible, just not as fresh as I expected

Had to handle a small damage claim after our trip, and I fully expected it to be one of those “good luck getting a response” situations. Thankfully, Outdoorsy support actually answered quickly and told me exactly what paperwork and photos they needed, which was a nice change of pace. It took a few days, because apparently nothing involving insurance can ever be instant, but they kept me updated and I didn’t have to constantly chase anyone down. The insurance payout was fair, and the whole thing ended up being way less stressful than I was bracing for. happy with how they handled it.

I felt comfortable booking my RV here. There wasn’t any weird scam stuff going on, and the owner was verified, which gave me about as much peace of mind as I needed
